Overview

All American Jobs (AAJ) is a new and unique software tool aimed at making the process of looking for job openings on the Internet much easier. The number of jobs available on the Internet at any given moment is enormous. Unfortunately, all of these jobs are scattered among many sites, making the process of searching for jobs very tedious, time consuming and effort intensive. You will no longer need to spend hours online repetitively entering the same information over and over at many sites, just to do a single job search.

AAJ solves this problem using advanced web agent search technology. With a single click of a button, AAJ will automatically send properly formatted simultaneous requests to job sites on the Internet for you, collect the results, extract the important data and display it in a uniform, easy to use format. All the searches are done instantaneously, in real time, so you will always have the latest available information at your fingertips.

AAJ is very easy to use, all you need is to enter a keyword describing the job you are looking for and click "Start Upload" button. You also have an option to specify the geographical location to narrow down the jobs you are interested in. If you do not specify a location, the default is to do a nationwide search. Within seconds from starting a search, the results will start appearing in the results table. All results will appear in a single and uniform table so you can very easily survey and compare jobs from many different sites. Each job description contains a link to the page with more detailed job description. You can also sort all columns of the result table by clicking on column headers. Each search can be paused or stopped as you wish at any moment. You can also start multiple searches in parallel and look at the results later. Each search has its own folder so you can review its results; you can also save the results and view them later, at your convenience.

You can also send you resume along with cover letter to your prospective employer.

How to use AAL application

When you launch AAJ application "folders" screen will appear. This is a grid with default folders.

  • Click on View/Upload menu (or 'Upload Window' icon of the tool bar)

  • You will see 'Upload Window'

  • Enter a keyword describing the job, chose desire location, job source, enter folder name to save your search
  • Click on "Advanced" tub to add filtering and additional actions (such as sending your resume automatically upon upload, or e-mail notification option)
  • Click on "Upload Options" to set/modify upload options
  • Click on "User profile" to setup your profile (including resume and cover letter setup, your e-mail option setting)
  • Click on "Start Upload" and wait until upload completed
  • Click on View/Folder menu or "Folders" button, you will return to the "Folder" window.
  • Click on Folder you just created (used). You will see another grid with job listing you just downloaded. Click on any entry in the list and job summary and description will appear in the corresponding panes.

  • You can click on website link to go to the original web page with job description to send your resume using jog search website e-mail tools or we recommend you to double click on the job listing line you've chosen and look up to the tool bar of the pop-up window with job description.

  • If you see  button you can e-mail you resume along with your cover letter
  • Click on  button.

  • Edit your cover letter and attach your resume.

Note: If you set up your user profile previously and prepare your resume properly, your resume is already attached.

  • Click "Send".

Notes: 

1. If you set automatic option for sending your resume upon

Uploading, you don't need to use above screen. AAJ will send you  

          Resume automatically. All this jobs will be saved in "Job Applied

Automatically" folder.

2.  Automatic tools can send your resume only if corresponding web site provides e-mail address. So check you in "Job Applied

Automatically" folder and check, which jobs were not, applied. You can apply for these jobs using website links.
